Kids BJJ Program

It is a physical and mental activity that can help children develop motor skills, discipline, self-confidence and resilience.

Adult BJJ Program

Our Adult Programs are split into three groups. The first group is beginners, which is open to anyone who is new to jiu jitsu. There are classes that are for all levels and beginners are also welcome to attend those.
